Early access, quietly handled.

When you request early access, Argus collects the email address you submit. We use it only to manage the private-release list and send occasional product or launch updates.

What we keep

We store your normalized email address, the time it was submitted, and the landing-page source. For abuse prevention, we temporarily store a keyed, one-way identifier derived from your network address; we do not store the raw address in the waitlist database.

How long we keep it

Waitlist records are scheduled for deletion after 180 days unless you ask us to delete yours sooner. Short-lived rate-limit records expire within 20 minutes. Cleanup is request-driven, so deletion runs when the next valid waitlist request arrives and may occur later during a period with no traffic.

Who processes it

The landing page and waitlist database run on Cloudflare. If we send an invitation or update, our email delivery provider may process the address solely to deliver that message. We do not sell the list or use third-party advertising trackers.

Your choices

To ask whether your address is on the list, request a copy, or have it deleted, email hello@heyargus.app from that address. We may ask you to verify ownership before fulfilling the request.
