How we handle demo requests.

When you submit a demo request, Argus collects the work email address you provide. You may also choose to share your name, company, and context about the problem you want to discuss. We use this information to respond to the request and arrange a conversation.

What we keep

We store the submitted fields, the time of the request, and the landing-page source. For abuse prevention, we temporarily store a keyed, one-way identifier derived from your network address. The raw network address is not stored in the demo-request database.

Earlier versions of this site accepted early-access email addresses. Historical waitlist records may remain until their existing retention window expires; they are kept separately from demo requests.

How long we keep it

Demo requests and historical waitlist records are scheduled for deletion after 180 days unless you ask us to delete yours sooner. Short-lived rate-limit records expire within 20 minutes. Cleanup is request-driven, so deletion may occur when the next valid form request arrives after the retention window.

Who processes it

The website, form endpoint, and database run on Cloudflare. If we reply by email, our email delivery provider may process your address only to deliver that correspondence. We do not sell submitted information or use third-party advertising trackers.

Your choices

To ask whether we hold your information, request a copy, or have it deleted, email hello@heyargus.app from the address you submitted. We may ask you to verify ownership before fulfilling the request.
